Mandatory EPCS in New Hampshire

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu signed House Bill 143 into law on August 16th, 2021. This Act requires prescribers to electronically prescribe all controlled substance prescriptions by January 1st, 2022 in an effort to combat opioid abuse and addiction.

New Hampshire Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring

New Hampshire does not currently offer an integration with their Controlled Substances PMP. Through an integration, prescribers can go directly to the patient's PMP report without having to log in to the PMP and search for the patient.
